JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Senior Executive/ Executive Category, you are responsible to manage categories assigned to you and ensure a better user experience by providing all the relevant information to the users on the category.
Operations:
In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the stakeholder management and operations. This position requires the ability to dive deep for root cause analysis, manage funnel and develop action plans in support of driving process improvements.
Education Required:
-B.Tech/B.E in Other, -B.SC in Computers, -BCA in Computers, and Any Doctorate
SKILLS
Research – By calling sellers/buyers & browsing other e-commerce websites to understand How the business operates in your assigned category?
Make Discovery Easier – Improve the categorisation of your category and try to make it a destination for buyers and aggregate more sellers in your category within IndiaMART
Find New Sellers – Identify authentic sources that can help connect to new sellers and add them to IndiaMART. Ex:- Adding distributors of a popular brand
Content Enrichment – Update the products in the existing catalogs of sellers through brochures, PDFs and websites
Perform Quality Checks – Remove wrong products and irrelevant information from the assigned category pages
Stay Updated on changing trends in your assigned category and be able to take the early mover advantage
SQL, MS Excel, MS Office,
Candidate Attributes:
Must Skill Set :
Good to have knowledge of SQL, able to interpret algorithms, run simple DB queries to generate report.
Ability to multitask & good logical reasoning ability.
Willingness to learn new things.
Good Analytics
Good written and verbal communication.( Hindi and English)
Laptop and good internet connection
Keen eye to look out for mistakes in language and appearance
Willingness to learn new things.
Team Player
MS Office, MS Excel , SQL , Good Analytics , Google Search Console , Client handling experience.
