Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain excellent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, creating an excellent candidate experience and supporting and developing our brand reputation.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

SKILLS:

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
