Role: Operations Generalist

JOB DESCRIPTION:
An operations assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the CEO at Superorder. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. In addition, you will:
Manage the CEO’s calendar and scheduling appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO and other executives
Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Maintain electronic files and records
Assist with special projects and events as needed
Education Required:
any graduation

English Fluency
40 hours/week EST hours (9am-6pm)
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Proficiency with Google Suite and other office software programs
The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
