JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Present company’s offerings, establish relationships, and create opportunities for sales.
  • Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with potential customers to secure sales agreements.
  • Working to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Managing the sales pipeline, tracking progress, and closing deals in a timely manner.
  • Providing regular feedback on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to the management team.
  • Ensuring customer success and satisfaction by providing ongoing support, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships post-sales.
  • Working to achieve customer retention and fostering long-term partnerships with educational institutions.

Education Required:

Any Graduate

SKILLS:

Applicant must have good communication skills in both, English and Hindi.
Sales expertise and strong negotiation skills.
Willingness to work hard and earn beyond the base salary through incentives

SALARY: ₹ 15,000 - ₹ 28,000
