Location -WORK FROM HOME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Education Required:

Qualification – HSC/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
Skills : Good Spoken English & Hindi skills
Process : Voice

Shifts : Rotational (24*7)
** Required : Own laptop or desktop, 8GB RAM, I3 Processor or above, 64 BIT, Windows 10, WIFI, Web Cam, Headset (Noise Cancellation), Power Backup
