As a member of our HR team, you\’re going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:

Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & Interviews
Assisting with Linkedin outreaches and sourcing candidates through various channels
Coordinating with hiring managers as and when required
Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for generalist responsibilities
