JOB ROLES: HR Intern
Location : WORK FROM HOME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a member of our HR team, you\’re going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis, this means:
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate various rounds of assessments & Interviews
- Assisting with Linkedin outreaches and sourcing candidates through various channels
- Coordinating with hiring managers as and when required
- Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
- Any other responsibilities delegated; be a backup for generalist responsibilities
- Proactive: You believe it’s always on you to make sure anything you do is a success

- This will be a 1 month-fixed term position with the possibility to convert into a permanent role based on your performance
- This is a WFH role
- Working Hours are Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST
Education Required:
- Students
- Any Graduation
- Any PG
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Strong time management & prioritization skills
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- Freshers with a flair for HR along with an eagerness to learn are welcome to apply
SALARY:$200 per month
