JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • To join our Customer Support team, we are seeking motivated and customer-focused interns and apprentices. Strong communication abilities, a customer-first mentality, and the ability to work rotating shifts are all necessary for this position.

What you will do

    • Any skills related to the role
    • the selected Should have excellent English communication with a decent accent
    • Answer consumer questions in a timely and professional manner via chat, phone calls, and emails.
      • Manage a lot of client interactions while upholding standards of quality
      • Recognize client concerns and offer precise solutions
      • Continue to have solid product and process knowledge across all support channels.
      • Work together with internal teams to resolve issues and close tickets.
      • Uphold service-level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times.
      · Maintain excellent customer satisfaction ratings and provide a satisfying customer experience.
      • Accurately record customer interactions

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Good Fluency in English
    • You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
    • You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google 
    • You should have strong attention to detail 
    • You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
    • You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
    • • Outstanding written and vocal English communication abilities (required)
      • At ease performing the required rotational shifts
      • Excellent problem-solving and customer-oriented skills
      • The capacity for efficient time management and multitasking
      • Maintaining composure, patience, and professionalism when interacting with clients
      • At ease with email, chat, and phone assistance
