Educational Qualification for Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2026
Candidates applying for North Western Railway Apprentice Recruitment 2026 must meet the following educational requirements:
Must have passed Class 10 or an equivalent examination under the 10+2 system from a recognized board.
Must have secured at least 50% aggregate marks in the Class 10 examination.
Must possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) in the relevant trade issued by NCVT or SCVT.

Merit List Preparation

The final merit list will be prepared separately for each division or unit, trade, and community, according to the available training slots.
Document Verification and Medical Examination
Candidates shortlisted for engagement must produce their original educational certificates, ITI qualification documents, identity proof, and applicable category certificates.
They must also submit a medical fitness certificate in the prescribed format, issued by an authorized government doctor as specified in the notification.
