What you will do

hiring customer service representatives for a combined voice and chat domestic e-commerce process. This is an opportunity to work from home.
Principal Duties:Respond to consumer inquiries via chat and phone
Help with refunds, orders, and product-related concerns
Assist with simple electronics issues (such as AirPods, Bluetooth speakers, smartwatches, etc.).
Assure prompt and efficient problem solving

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting electronic devices
- Must have own laptop & stable Wi-Fi connection
- Comfortable with rotational 24/7 shifts
