JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • You will assist with talent acquisition initiatives for various positions and clients as a junior HR associate at Frontier. In order to provide a smooth hiring process from sourcing to hiring, you will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

    This position is perfect for someone who is aggressive, meticulous, well-organized, and keen to pursue a career in hiring and people management.

 

What you will do

    • You will have a broad range of duties and objectives as a part of the recruitment team. On a daily level, this entails:

      Encourage the use of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms for sourcing.
      Maintain talent pipelines and find people through a variety of sources.
      Screen applications and resumes while upholding a high standard of quality.
      Conduct preliminary assessments and interviews with candidates.
      Organize hiring, evaluation, and interview processes for various positions.
      Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring objectives and schedules.
      Throughout the hiring process, keep track of candidates’ progress and make sure you communicate with them on time.
      Inform stakeholders of recruitment insights and status updates.
      Create search tactics to find and draw in top personnel.
      Assume responsibility for projects pertaining to recruitment and other duties as required.

    Strong HR or recruitment internship experience is strongly encouraged.

    the capacity to efficiently prioritize tasks in a hectic setting.
    outstanding communication skills in both written and spoken English.
    at ease managing conflicting priorities and a variety of stakeholders.
    It is advantageous to have prior startup or internal hiring experience.
