A genuine Byjuite sets his or her own restrictions regarding demands and benefits. The quantity of incentive you can receive is unrestricted. In the system, a BDA typically earns roughly $30,000 in incentives each month, but our best employees can earn up to $70,000 to $80,000 in incentives each month in addition to their fixed salaries. A performing associate often has his first opportunity to oversee a team of 20 employees after 1.5 to 2 years. And we have observed that the top employees can even advance to the position of manager.

The ATP is an applicant training programme in which chosen candidates will participate in a 6-week training course. Following the successful completion of this course, candidates will have the chance to work for us as Business Development Associates with BYJUs.
The six weeks of ATP are broken up into two phases: four weeks of on-the-job training and two weeks of classroom instruction (OJT).
Stage 1: Classroom Instruction (CRT)
We will study the theoretical part of BYJU’S sales process during the first two weeks of the CRT Phase at the training facility.
You will take part in a variety of activities throughout.
You will be involved in various activities during this phase which will be rigorously evaluated by the end of 2 weeks of the CRT program.
Only the candidates who satisfactorily complete the CRT phase will be given an opportunity to start with the next phase of the training program.
PHASE 2 : On-the-Job Training (OJT)
The 2nd stage (OJT Phase) starts from the 3rd week of training for candidates who have successfully cleared the 1st phase.
Candidates will be expected to generate revenue by implementing the theoretical knowledge acquired during the first phase into practice during the final 4 weeks of the OJT phase.

Skills Required:
Be able to WORK in English & one vernacular language (Telugu)
You must have Excellent spoken English Language.
You must have proficiency
Proficient with MS-Office.
