JOB DESCRIPTION:
• You need to Respond to requests for technical assistance by following prescribed procedures. • You have to Research reported incidents using available information sources and tools. Diagnose, triage and resolve hardware, software, applications or basic network-related issues. • You need to Log all contacts and document all the activities and results accurately and completely within the incident management tool. • Ypu have to Assign unresolved tickets to the appropriate support team. • You need tp Proactively monitor, follow up and expedite the resolution of assigned and pending tickets. • You need tp Identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention and action. • You need to Stay current with system information, changes and updates. • Ypu need tp Adhere to work schedules, attendance and leave policies.

Skills Required:
You must have Excellent spoken English Language.
You must have proficiency Proficient with MS-Office.

looking for Trainees in the Talent Acquisition team with a flair to interact with people and understand the recruitment function. This will be a 1 year fixed term contract and you will be deputed as a Trainee in the TA team. The role responsibilities will include (non exhaustive):
1. Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. 2.Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. 3. Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. 4. Completing paperwork for new hires. 5. Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. 6. Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
