You will be the face of Ditto interacting with our users directly. You will understand their requirements and recommend policies or features that are best suited for them. You will be hand holding our users in their insurance buying journey.
Also, if you are not from an insurance background, we have a rigorous two-month training program to get you up to speed.
We would like to help you minimize your time and efforts.
There are 4 rounds & we will be working towards completing all the rounds within a maximum of 1 weeks time.

That’s why we created Ditto, where you can talk to advisors without the worries of being spammed or mis-sold. So people won’t be bugged by daunting phone calls and incessant messages. With our free consultation, no-spam policy, and honest insurance advice, one can talk to experts who care.

No Sales Targets: We’ve never believed in having targets. So, feel free to push yourself as much as possible, but you won’t have a target to chase

No Prior Experience Required: We don’t care where you are from. Or what you’ve done. If you can speak well and are ready to learn something new, you’re in

No spam, No mis-selling: You will only be talking to people who’ve reached out to us through call or WhatsApp. And since we never spam customers, you won’t have to deal with unruly people either.
- Team Bliss: Inside this team, you’ll be spending ~40% of your time talking to customers directly through phone calls while you spend the remaining time interacting with customers on WhatsApp. This team is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility in their work schedule since we have two shifts available: 12 pm to 9 pm and 2 pm to 11 pm.
- Team Falcon: Here you’ll be spending ~60% of your time communicating with users through direct calls, with the rest being spent on WhatsApp. The typical working hours could last from 10 am to 8 pm, although you will have a lot of time for yourself in between.
