You need to Assists with the coordination of activities of functional areas or of department account leads to ensure that business solution requirements are met.
You must Assists in interpreting demand forecasts and planning; works with team members to provide high quality specifications for complete end-to-end project delivery.
You have to Maintains records of account specific application problems and assists in prioritizing work requests.
You will Works closely with senior team members in coordinating communications between lines of service (LOS) and clients to ensure that integration of new, enhanced and existing applications meet client specifications.
You need to Assists in identifying and researching application improvements to increase customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
You must Ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
Education Required:
You must be Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
You must be Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
You must have Zero or more years of support services or project or program experience
If you have Experience working with the technology industry
If you have Experience working with company products and operating systems
If you have Experience working with computer systems and their use
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities.

You need to plays a role of an ongoing interface between client and DXC.
You have to Assist in gathering the required information, to handle customer software, technical quires, troubleshooting and problem solving of end user issues.
You should Manage customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution, meet SLAs like response and resolution times
by partnering with L2, and L3 teams within the organization.
You have to Collaborate with Technical Support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate.
You need to Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating the customers regularly regarding issue status.
You must Monitoring the given tasks as needed.
You need to Ensures compliance with internal processes and standards for IT Support.
Participates and assists with testing, troubleshooting and analysis tasks on various phase(s) of network systems development including integration, systems testing, interoperability testing, field test plans and customer acceptance plans to maintain the credibility/viability of the system, as directed by team lead and/or management.
Provides support on the initial configuration and parameters of equipment for system credibility. Assists in the investigation and resolution of matters of significance in conjunction with other engineering and technical support to ensure cost effective and efficient resolution of problems.
Assists with designing, developing, implementing and maintaining test processes and diagnostic programs for assigned projects. Works closely with team lead towards the completion of specifications and procedures for new products.
Participates in writing test plans for assigned projects. Maintains record of test progress, documents test results, prepares reports and may present results as appropriate.
Works with more experienced team members defining test cases, creating integration and system test scripts and configuration test questionnaires from functional requirement documentation. May be tasked with maintaining and updating defect reports following regression testing initiatives.
May assist lead engineer/management in writing proposals to recommend process/program and follows through on implementation.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or related field preferred
Zero or more years of network testing experience
Experience working with computer systems and their uses
Experience working with network management and protocol system testing
Experience working with scripting languages such as TCL, PERL, HP, etc
Experience working with data transmission protocols such as TCP/IP, etc.
Experience working with operating systems
Experience working with network equipment: switches, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
