JOB ROLE:Associate - Operations, Recruiter Partnerships (Remote)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You have to Running end to end placements process for a recruiter along side concerned ReP team member
You have to Planning activities and resources for upcoming placements season for both students and recruiters
You have to Communicating effectively with recruiters and students actively to ensure flawless process execution
You have to Ensuring students receive all placement related information in-time and in-full
You have to Understanding and solving their queries quickly by liaising with different stakeholders, both internal and external, – ReP Team, Academic Team, Marketing team, recruiter etc.
Education Required:
- ANY GRADUATION
- ANY POST GRADUATION
Skills Required:
A structured approach to problem-solving, which involves struggling with the problem until you are able to isolate the Why before coming to the solutions
Experience of leading teams.
Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing
High accountability and responsibility to ensure flawless execution on a day to day basis
A user-focussed mindset to execute activities to deliver an outstanding experience to all stakeholders
Ability to clearly and crisply communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing with the ability to think on one’s feet
Empathy and a high Emotional Quotient to actively engage with clients, understand & solve their challenges
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint) and comfort with the general usage of tools and technologies that support process automation
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results to independently manage placements process operations
Good attention to detail
