JOB ROLE : Operations Executive
Location - PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Daily class operations.
- Troubleshooting Technology related issues – expecting some technical skills.
- Keep CRM updated with all conversations.\
- Connect with the teacher community for tech issues.
- Trigger class reminders.
- Events related emails and messaging over SMS/WhatsApp.
- Working hours – to cover our classes in EU/US time zones, this role will require flexibility on hours
Education Required:
- Any Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Any Post Graduation
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities
