JOB ROLE :Technical Analyst 1-Support



Your primary responsibility as a part of the Assistance organisation is to provide post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle client base while advocating for their requirements. This include answering technical questions about using and troubleshooting our Electronic Support Services, as well as post-sale non-technical client inquiries by phone and electronic means. As the main customer contact, you are in charge of fostering client relationships with Support and advising and assisting internal Oracle staff on a variety of customer circumstances and escalated concerns.

You will be the technical point of contact for customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for the resolution of issues relating to the installation, advised maintenance, and use of Oracle products as an Associate Support Engineer.

Education Required:

BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA. OR functional degree + technical higher degree or in lieu of degree may substitute 4 years professional experience & professional certification (i.e., CNE, MCSE, CPA, Oracle, etc.).

Salary : 35k Expected

JOB ROLE : Technical Analyst 1-Support

Location - BANGALORE


  1. As a member of the Support organization You need to  your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.
  2. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.
  3. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
  4. Monitoring Customer events board 24*7
  5. Acknowledge new events and perform correct categorization of issue.
  6. Create Incident based on the Severity / Impact of the issue
  7. Notification of the Incident to the customer via Email or Phone

Education Required:

    • Any Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 

Skills Required:

  1. Excellent verbal and written English language skills 
  2. Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities
  3. You must have Good understanding of UNIX architecture (Solaris, Linux…)
    You should have Basic understanding of Database concepts & architecture
    You must have Understand of terminal services such as SSH, Telnet.
    You must Understand of ticketing systems such as Remedy
    You should have Proven Oral and Written communication skills

SALARY: 35,000 per month
