JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. You need to Act with integrity & think customer-first in every interaction

  2. You need to Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction related queries

  3. You need to Ability to flex between phone & data channels

  4. You need to Follow specified process guidelines to bring about resolution

  5. You need to Build customer trust through their interaction

  6. You need to Ability to meet hourly & daily productivity goals

  7. You need to Leverage internal processes and resources to drive resolution

  8. You need to Escalate appropriately taking support from relevant teams to resolve customer issues

  9. You need to Recommend process improvements

  10. You need to Engage & Educate customers so they’re able to leverage PhonePe to the fullest

Education Required:

 

  • ANY DEGREE
  • ANY PG

Skills Required:

      • You must have

        1. Have excellent written and verbal communications

        2. Have good learnability

        3. Be an active listener and deal well with objection

        4. Have strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios

        5. Be a team player, flexible and open to feedback

        6. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively

        7. Should be able to speak in English and Hindi

        8. Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory 

        9. 0 – 2 years of work experience in a customer facing role

        10. Multilingual skills (spoken + written) in South Indian languages are preferred

SALARY: UPTO Rs 25,000 Expected
