JOB DESCRIPTION:
You need to Provide resolution to maintain standards of quality
You have to Review content and provide resolution based on prescribed guidelines
You need to Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues timely
You have Provide insights to help improve the support to the users
You need to Maintain a thorough understanding of process and policies
You are going to Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Education Required:
You must have Minimum qualifications • Any Graduate & Any Stream (PG an added advantage) • Freshers are eligible • Fluent in Read/Write in English & Telugu Language
You have to answers help desk telephones for assigned account(s) and responds to customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are met.
You need to Assists customers in resolving technical problems on assigned by providing guidance regarding software and hardware problems. Resolves and/or refers more complex technical problems through a defined escalation process.
You have to follows up with customers to ensure that their inquiries are resolved within the contracted or agreed upon time frame.
You are responsible for Logs and tracks inquiries using a problem management database and maintains history records and related problem documentation.
You need to Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes customer problems and complaints to ensure that inquiries are resolved appropriately.
Eligibility is a mix of Graduate freshers or Undergraduate
You Need to have good knowledge in computers(Technical knowledge about hardware computers, eg RAM/ROM, types of Rams, SSD/HDD, Microprocessor etc
You must have good Typing Skills: 25 WPM/90% accuracy
Shift Timing/Days working
Its a 5 days working Mon-Fri/Sat & Sun-week off
You must have Shifts-24/7 rotational shifts /any 9 hours of shift
The job Process-Blended- Mix of Email Voice & Chat support 70% Voice/30% non voice
It is a Permanent work from Home/desktop will be given by the company post selection
You need to have fair knowledge of hardware computers(for eg: RAM/ROM, types/functions of RAMs, SSD/HDD, functions/characteristics of SSD/HDD, microprocessor, motherboard, where it is located, components of motherboard, Components of computer BIOS, memory, storage, devices and the full forms of all the abbreviations.

Your Role and Responsibilities We are seeking individuals with business and technology consulting experience to configure and implement SaaS solutions for our customers. Consultants function as integrators between business needs and technology solutions. Your efforts will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship. This role will work closely with customers and the Apptio Field Delivery team to design and configure customer solutions. Support and maintain customers who have implemented the Apptio SaaS solution, resolving customer issues in a timely fashion.
Operational management of clients (e.g. helping loading new data,
maintaining and validating dashboard/report outputs, etc…)
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and achieve the
highest level of customer satisfaction.
Work as part of our extended support team in a startup atmosphere, doing
whatever it takes to exceed customer expectations.
Use your business and technical analysis skills and knowledge of IT

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge and application of relational database concepts.
Basic programming skills and web development understanding, e.g. Ruby on Rails, JAVAScript, HTML, CSS, SQL
Experience with Cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Skilled at working with large data sets in Excel, quickly detecting and resolving data-related issues.
Skilled at completing technical design via iterative mockups.
Specific knowledge and application of IT services and financial management including budgeting cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application /infrastructure support.
Operational knowledge of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network / communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, and application development & maintenance.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong skills in data analysis/manipulation.
Ability to quickly comprehend complex spreadsheets/data in order to streamline the underlying processes into the Apptio solution; versed in formulaic logic (e.g. Excel).
Self-starter – able to come up to speed on complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance.
Ability to quickly context-switch between multiple complex work streams.
Instinctive ability to subdivide problems into basic components in order to efficiently pinpoint root cause of issues.
