Role: Sales Executive
Location: work from home
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Outbound Calls to overall assigned leads from the Opportunity
- Team to ensure make attempts to all the students assigned under My Opportunities
- Documenting the calls with the proper dispositions/remarks
- Team to ensure taggings all the call irrespective of call status in System
- Building positive prospects for Trial Demo Sessions
- Team to identify the requirements from their Students/Parents sales call and accordingly pitch for Trial Demo Session
- Team to build Positive Prospects on basis of their discussion
- Team to ensure regular follow up is done with all the prospects to confirm Trial Demo
- Booking Trial Demo Sessions as per students requirements
- Team to ensure they bring students to Trial Demo Sessions as per their daily targets assigned
- Taking ownership to ensure all Demo’s are completed
- Team to ensure to balance the communication with users about the status
- Team to ensure acknowledge and highlight any changes
- Taking Follow up of successful Demo’s for Sales Closure (TAT= 1 Hour)
- Sales to ensure have a follow call for further discussion with the student/parents post Demo
- Sales to ensure building Positive Prospects for Conversion after successful Demo
- Sales to finalize the pricing of the course being sold
- Sharing feedback with Ops (TAM) Team for course plan creation
- Sales to share the details with Ops (TAM) team to create the course plan of agreed hours.
- Sharing request for discount coupon with Salesops team
- Sales to share request for discount coupon with SalesOps Team; wherever applicable.
- Helping student to complete the enrollment process
- Sales to help the student to accept the planned course plans
