- Deliver resolution to maintain standards of quality
- Evaluation of content and provide resolution based on given guidelines
- Know trends and patterns and raise issues timely
- Deliver insights to help improve the support to the users
- Keep a thorough understanding of process and policies
- Deliver excellent customer service to our customers
Education Required:
- Any Graduation
- Any Post Graduation
Skills Required:
- Fluent in Read/Write in English & Telugu Language
- Real probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centrical approach
- Necessity be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift work)
