  • The Selected  Candidates Roles and Responsibilities

    You are Responsible to provide excellent customer service,
    You need to solving questions and complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web-chat and email based communication tools.
    You need to Contact can be from customers and/or shoppers
    You are Responsible to save customers from deactivating the subscription of services & respond to other types of inquires
    You are Responsible to receive high volume of incoming Chat conversations and responds to inquires in a manner which meets quality and performance standards
    You will have to Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
    You are Responsible to document customer transactions accurately in the appropriate systems
    You need to Coordinate with the co-workers, lead persons and other departments as appropriate

Education Required:

 
  • Any Graduation
  • Any Stream

Skills Required:

 
  • Communication skills in English
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Customer centric

SALARY: 2 LPA TO 3.25LPA

  • The candidate has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • The candidate has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines The candidate should have the ability to build rapport with the customer.
  • The candidate should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business.

Education Required:

  • Must be a Graduate or Under Graduate ( No Pursuing Candidate)
  • Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice or chat support role.
  • Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills can also apply.

    • Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of ecommerce websites
    • Should possess effective Written & Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills.
    • Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM).
    • Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.

SALARY:upto INR 3 Lakh plus variable benefits.
