JOB ROLE: CHAT SUPPORT
Location - Work from Home
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Along with the Client Success Manager, you will help own the overall association with our customer base.
- which includes: initial onboarding and training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction.
- Be the client’s first point of contact. You are their supporter and winner and work directly with our product team
- A nonstop approach to actively rising the community of customers
- Classify opportunities for growth by relaying info back to the sales team.
- Reply to support queries, provide answers and be the go-to guide
- Organization of CRM platforms related to delivering client success
Education:
- Any Graduation
Skills Required:
- Very Good Communication Skills in English & Telugu.
- Good convincing skills.
- Passionate
SALARY:
