JOB ROLE: VOICE SUPPORT (Remote)
Location - Work from Home
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handles the tickets as per Client requirements.
- Confirm timely updates are providing to the user within SLA
- Ensure Root Cause Analysis for broke ticket .
- Should be able to raise issue and resolution to end user via Voice call or Chat.
- Must be able to keep a track the priority of the tickets.
Education Required:
- BSc
- BE/B.Tech
- BCA
Skills Required:
- Very Good Communication Skills
- MS excell skills
JOB ROLE: Process Specialist(Remote)
Location - Work from Home
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Accounting OR Finance Graduate OR Post Graduate or any graduation
- Accountants or Intermediate Accountants preferred
- Basic knowledge and experience on R2R processes added advantage
- Perform day to day operational tasks
- Transport as per agreed timelines
- Follow to SLA’s
- Classify and execute process improvement opportunities
Education Required:
- Any Graduation
- Any Post Graduation

- Presentation Skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
