Q2) How would NoBroker help my network ?
– NoBroker helps people in selling/renting their property free of cost i.e. without paying any brokerage. Hence your network will save on a lot of money. – NoBroker also provides Home Services like Packers & Movers, Painting, Cleaning, AC services, Electrician, Carpenting, Home Renovation & Interiors, Plumbing and Pest Control services”.
Q3) When will I get the payment ?
– When the property lead you have shared gets listed on NoBroker or the Home Service is complete via NoBroker, you will get the payment. Payments are processed weekly.
Q4) How much will get paid ?
There is no upper cap to the earnings. – For home services you will get paid 5% (for eg. for a carpentry job of 1 lac, you will get 5% of 1 lac ie Rs. 5000). If you also share 15 listings, you will get Rs. 6000. So total earning is Rs. ( 5000 + 6000 ) = Rs. 11,000 . There are incentives on top it as well – For a standalone building you will be paid Rs. 100/listing, for a property in a society complex Rs. 400/listing and 5% of the total order value in case of Home Services”
