Respond to incoming consumer emails promptly and thoughtfully.

Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to oversee several projects in several departments in order to effectively help the support staff.
Observe the policies, processes, and guidelines of the company when communicating.
KPIs for CSAT, daily ticket resolution volume, ticket percentage, One-Touch Response Rate, and other performance indicators are held accountable for.
