● Use support ticketing software to accurately record client encounters, including information about problems and their fixes.
When required, refer complicated or unresolved issues to management or senior support personnel for additional help.
● To effectively address consumer complaints, give precise and succinct information.
● Uphold strict criteria for client satisfaction and respond positively to criticism.
Collaborate with other groups to tackle and settle problems.
Meet performance metrics, such as response time and quality, on a regular basis.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
0-1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (freshers with the right attitude are
welcome).
● A graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
● Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
● A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.● A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
