What you will do

Assist HR by answering enquiries from team members and addressing issues pertaining to their contracts and employment, elevating as needed. Requests could include questions concerning global benefits, employment verifications, the onboarding and new starter procedures, and other general issues.
Maintain our HRIS, making sure that all team member modifications and new hires are processed with a high level of precision and promptness.
Taking charge of international programs (such as training, engagement, or cultural activities)Supporting HR procedures and advancing the people strategy for your areas of responsibility in collaboration with managers and staff
Being a genuinely global partner to coworkers, particularly supervisors, executives, and leads
Handle new hires, including coordinating initial reviews, creating files, setting up systems, and creating onboarding documentation specific to each country.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
A strong academic record from high school and, ideally, college is advantageous, as is prior experience working in an entry-level HR/people team, ideally in the technology sector.
