What you will do

- You need to do research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
Relationship management with customers:
Take ownership of the “AI employee” client relationship for the duration of the client’s life.
Keep an eye on fresh selling occasions and assist clients in finishing the setup.
Perform preliminary setup duties, such as:Configuring Conversation AI and Voice AI agents for their account
Setting up Content AI and Reviews AI
establishing the calendars, processes, and supporting custom fields needed to support the AI agentsSupport and Onboarding:
During onboarding, troubleshoot and resolve technical and setup concerns while providing clients with outstanding support.
To guarantee the seamless rollout of AI additions and updates, collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and testers.
To guarantee user happiness, collect user input and take the necessary steps.Updates and Compliance:
Keep abreast on the most recent industry standards and AI tool best practices.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
familiarity with using AI tools to manage client accounts and deployments.
strong ability to use dashboards, task management software, and troubleshoot urgent problemsKnowledge of prompting and open AI
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
competence in entering data and coordinating it across many platforms, such as Google Sheets.
