In a high-performance, fast-paced setting, you will be at the forefront of expanding user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and practical implementation.

      Principal Duties
      Encourage user expansion and retention tactics using a variety of platforms.

      Create and carry out marketing programs based on data.

      To meet growth goals, work together with the product, content, and analytics teams.

      When appropriate, oversee and guide less experienced team members.

      Improve conversions by streamlining marketing funnels.

      Experiment with new growth tactics, track performance, and iterate rapidly.

Education Required:

Any Graduation

Four or more years of experience in business, marketing, or growth roles—ideally in rapidly expanding consumer technology startups—are required for the Senior Role (35 LPA).

Two to four years of relevant experience in company operations, marketing, or growth are required for mid-level roles (20–25 LPA).

Strong interest in marketing and growth, openness to learning, and analytical thinking are required for the Fresher Role (10 LPA).

All Roles: A demonstrated track record, the capacity to manage pressure, and a passion for the material (for experienced hires).
