JOB DESCRIPTION:
One of the top public sector banks in India with a significant international footprint, Canara Bank, has stated that it will be hiring graduate apprentices for FY 2025–2026 under the Apprentices Act of 1961. 3500 apprenticeship spots are available in different states and union territories thanks to this recruitment campaign.

⚖️ Selection Process
Selection is based on merit list prepared state-wise.
Merit list will be drawn from marks in 12th/Diploma.
Tie-breaking (if same marks): Higher age candidate gets preference.
Minimum qualifying marks:
General/EWS/OBC – 60%
SC/ST/PwBD – 55%
Candidates must also clear local language test and medical fitness test.

Education Required:
Qualifications
Age restriction: as of September 1, 2025, 20 to 28 years old.
SC/ST: relaxation of +5 years
OBC (NCL): +3 years
PwBD: +10 years
Women who are widowed or divorced: up to 35 years old (Gen/EWS), 38 years old (OBC), and 40 years old (SC/ST)
Qualifications for Education:
graduation from an accredited university in any field.
The deadline for graduation is January 1, 2022, to September 1, 2025.
Proficiency in the local language:
At the time of document verification, candidates must either pass a language competence exam or have studied the local language throughout their tenth or twelfth grade.
