What you will do

- You need to do research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States
- You must complete applications for provider licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of CertifyOS customers
- You need to validAccept and address customer cases that have been escalated pertaining to technical and functional queries or problems;
Manage a wide range of intricate problems pertaining to different platforms, operating systems, apps, integrations, caller ID, inbound and outbound calling, calling features, etc. Examine, replicate, and participate in the resolution;
Help the Frontline Support team by providing them with training on certain subjects and enhancing the way that problems are forwarded to the Technical Support team. Teach the customer service team about pertinent topics. Make and keep up with internal documents;
Collaborate closely with colleagues in product management and development to identify, comprehend, and fix problems. reduce potential feature risks and provide the customer support team with best practices;
Assume responsibility for identifying and fixing systemic problems and proposing improvements to the product in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.ate and authenticate information updated on the licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy - You must summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for CertifyOS customers

- Proficiency in providing exceptional customer service, including the ability to solve problems, communicate clearly, and write technical documents in English (other languages are a plus);
Be able to handle several problems at once in a dynamic and fast-paced setting and have strong organizing abilities;
ability to follow instructions, operate in a team setting, be a positive self-starter, and be prepared to go into complicated subjects;
willingness to continuously learn and experiment with various methods and viewpoints;
