JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in employee paperwork and data operations is the responsibility of the HR-Data Entry & Analytics job. The ideal applicant will support audits, uphold strict data integrity requirements, and help oversee end-to-end HR documentation procedures. At Pocket FM, this position is essential to maintaining efficient HR operations and a compliant HR ecosystem.

What you will do

    • Employee Data Management: Enter, update, and verify employee information in trackers and spreadsheets; maintain accurate employee master data and lifecycle records; create basic HR data reports and documentation status summaries; assist with periodic internal reviews and help identify gaps; maintain and validate offer letters, appointment letters, and statutory documents; organize and update employee files (physical + digital); track, follow up, and close pending/missing documentation.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Good Fluency in English
    • You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
    • You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Googleย 
    • You should have strong attention to detailย 
    • You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
    • You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
    • Bachelorโ€™s degree in HR or related fields.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)/Google Sheets.
    • Good communication and record-keeping skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information.
