JOB ROLE:Process Executive - Voice
Location - HYDERABAD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
An International Voice Process Job is a job where the executives are assigned to handle the calls from customers in different countries, particularly the U.S.,Dubai etc. These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling to solve an issue.
A customer service associate manages customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships with an organization. They interact directly with customers to listen to concerns, resolve problems, and recommend products and services according to the needs of each individual.
Must be fluent in English &Tamil/ English& Telugu is Mandatory.
Freshers/ Experience are Eligible with Excellent communication skills.

Undergraduate / Graduate can Apply.
Working days – 5 Days
Two way cab facility.
Education Required:
- 12TH PASS
- DIPLOMA
- ANY DEGREE
Skills Required:
