- The candidate would be in charge of updating and maintaining the WBRs and other analytical frameworks that senior analysts have set up. Additionally, they would have to provide basic reports, respond to in-depth requests, modify current analytical frameworks, and offer operations stakeholders ad hoc data support. In addition to having a solid grasp of business requirements, the individual should be able to identify the underlying cause of any given reporting, BI, or data problem fast and create solutions for fixing it. The ideal applicant would have a strong attention to detail, a propensity for action, and a passion for automation, analytics, and BI.

Own the creation, development, and upkeep of continuous measurements, reports, analysis, dashboards, etc. to inform important company decisions are just a few of the primary outcome categories. Verify data for new resources to ensure data accuracy.

- You need to validate and authenticate information updated on the licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy
- You must summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for CertifyOS customers
- You have to assist with other ad hoc projects as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
– Expertise of visualization platforms such as Tableau or QuicksightPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
