A bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, operations, finance, or a similar discipline; prior experience controlling and influencing important indicators; and experience working as a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analyst
Strong written communication abilities; familiarity with data visualization technologies such as Tableau and/or SQL & QuickSight; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and the capacity to evaluate associate and customer inputs in order to impact internal and external partnersFAVORABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages; advanced SQL abilities; experience in retail, transportation, or operations; and proficiency in interacting with peers, partners, and management at all levels
