What you will do
Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate facts surrounding seller transactions.
- Take appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established standard operating procedures and tools.
- Document actions with detailed annotations.
- Communicate with external customers via phone or email during the investigation process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and peers through various communication channels.
- Understand issues and utilize available resources to resolve them effectively.
- Escalate problems or variances to relevant teams according to processes.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive business goals.
- Meet productivity targets and quality standards.
Education Required:
Basic Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Work Experience: 0 to 1 year.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to handle and interpret large sets of data.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.

- Shifts: Rotational (24*7 shift environment, changes every 3-4 months).
- Weekly Off: Rotational two-consecutive-day off (5-day working week, off days change every 3-4 months).
