🔹 Selection Process
The recruitment under Axis Sales Academy involves three major stages:
Pre-Assessment: Candidates are tested on aptitude and general knowledge.
Virtual Training: Six days of online sessions focusing on sales, banking knowledge, and practical skills.
Post-Assessment: After training, candidates take a final test. Those who qualify are offered the Officer Sales role.

Candidates who clear the program are placed as Officer Sales (Business Development Associates) in Axis Bank branches. Responsibilities include:
