- Make outbound calls to potential leads and tell them about the demo classes offered by BrightChamps EdTech Platform.
Answer incoming calls from people who are interested in our sample classes, answering their questions and giving pertinent information.

Lead Engagement: Use effective communication to establish and preserve a good rapport with potential clients. Ensure a smooth enrolling process by guiding leads through it.
Coordination of Demo Classes: Arrange and plan demo sessions for prospective leads based on their availability and preferences.
Documentation: Keep thorough and precise logs of all lead interactions and developments via our CRM system. During the onboarding process, record leads’ comments and any unique needs they may have had.
Cooperation: To maximize lead conversion and customer happiness, cooperate with the marketing and sales departments. Give us feedback and ideas from lead encounters so we may make our procedures better.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
