Please note: We are a remote-first organization so you can work from anywhere in India. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events.

 

This project coordinator role involves centralized allocation of edit, QC, and graphics tasks. It encompasses half of the scientific team, making it a broad role that requires allocating projects for 45-50 accounts and a similar number of resources.

What you will do

    • Responsibilities


      • Coordinate with account managers for clear project instructions
      • Find and allocate the best resources for projects
      • Follow up to ensure timely project completion by resources
      • Adjust allocations based on dynamic project requirements
      • Provide necessary reports

Education Required:

  • University Degree in any subject (Bachelor’s or master’s degree in biological Sciences preferred)
  • Knowledge of project management fundamentals
  • 0-2 years of planning and/or management experience
  •

  • Stakeholder management: Since the project coordinator will be interacting with account managers and scientific team across multiple client accounts, s/he will need to have strongrapport building and stakeholder management skills
  • Fast decision making and speed of working
