What you will do
Manage client enquiries and respond promptly and accurately to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide customer service by immediately resolving issues and answering complaints.Collaborate with teammates to improve customer service tactics and the overall customer experience.
Monitor client feedback and make improvements to improve service quality.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.

- Good Fluency in English
- You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
- You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google
- You should have strong attention to detail
- You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
