  • We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Manager with 0-1 year of experience to join our team. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about customer service and want to advance their careers in a dynamic work-from-home environment. The position necessitates working night shifts to maintain smooth operations and excellent customer service.

What you will do

    • Manage client enquiries and respond promptly and accurately to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
      Oversee daily operations and ensure that all customer service processes are implemented correctly.
      Provide customer service by immediately resolving issues and answering complaints.

      Collaborate with teammates to improve customer service tactics and the overall customer experience.
      Monitor client feedback and make improvements to improve service quality.
      Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
      Analyse customer service data to find trends and opportunities for improvement.
      Create and implement customer-service policies and procedures.
      Train and advise new team members in customer service best practices.
      Maintain compliance with business rules and industry requirements.
      Use customer service software and solutions to manage client contacts more efficiently.
      Participate in team meetings.

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    • Good Fluency in English
    • You are a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
    • You must have ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google 
    • You should have strong attention to detail 
    • You must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
    • You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
