JOB DESCRIPTION:

he KX Platforms and Search team is a part of Digital Data Analytics and Innovation team within CoRe that focuses on delivering a futuristic and unified experience by providing constant innovation and enhancements to knowledge sharing platforms features, interface, and architecture. The team also optimizes the content on Internal knowledge sharing tools and improve its visibility making sure that the knowledge management platforms are abreast of the constant evolution in KM technologies and are continually enhanced per practitioners needs.

                                                      If technology platform management, search engine optimization, reporting and analysis interests you and you have an eye for detail, then this may be the perfect role for you as the KX Platforms and Search team is looking for people who can help manage internal knowledge sharing platforms and search solution, understand its lifecycle and contribute to the platform roadmap in order to continually improve the platform and search experience.

What you will do

    • Platforms

       

      • Understand product requirements and design
      • Participate in creating test cases for requirements including test steps and expected results
      • Participate in execution of test scenarios and evaluating the results
      • Participate in creating all product support learning and deployment materials
      •  
      • Participate in sprint meetings to help track progress and resolve issues
      • Co-manage threads of technology enhancement projects, with counterparts in the global technology organization
      • Participate in the execution of business stakeholder activities in conjunction with technology projects, e.g., business validation, knowledge transfer sessions, deployment
      • Serve as a first line expert for tool capabilities; assist in developing and providing training materials and sessions
      • Partner with technology business analysts and product managers to contribute to the design of enhancements and confirm that business requirements are being met
      • Proactively monitor tool usage and escalate areas of concern and provide insights on trends observed
      • Support collection of end user feedback on a routine basis and synthesize into recommendations
      • Support product operations that involve tool enhancements, optimization and quality, primarily provided offshore
      • Provide effective communications to Product Leads and stakeholders, alerting to tool issues, next steps, resolution timing, etc.
      • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices and bring knowledge to the product team

Education Required:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Information/ General Science/ Commerce and Business Administration or related field in a tier 2/tier3 college

skills

  • MS Office Skills – Advanced Level PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Basic HTML and MS SharePoint Online skills
  • Exposure to knowledge management and content management tools and/or client service experience in a professional services organization
  • Exposure to Internal portal management & maintenance or web site maintenance
  • Understanding of enterprise search and SharePoint, cloud ecosystem (preferred)
  • Intermediate knowledge about Search Engine Optimization (required)
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting (required)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Omniture/Site Catalyst knowledge (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure, MS Graph, SQL, Cloud technologies
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Intermediate) and Adobe XD
  • Basic understanding of AI models (LLMs)
  • Basic knowledge of Generative AI
  •
