What you will do

Establish a close working relationship with the business unit to find and investigate operational opportunities and areas of impactful analytics to support cost reduction and operational savings.
Provide a structure for business initiative monitoring and make sure the business unit is informed in the event of a problem.
Provide assistance with data requests and analysis for tax audits.Provide sophisticated insights-driven analytics and data visualisation.
Monitoring features and programs after launch: evaluate their effectiveness and provide insights to the product and business teams.
Encourage the company to adopt a self-serve analytics culture by teaching partners about important reports, data, and best practices for data interpretation.
To ensure visibility across functions, keep up a close and proactive working relationship with other business departments, such as the teams in charge of customer services, legal, and finance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Good Fluency in English
- Curiosity for learning, a love of solving problems, and ease with ambiguity
outstanding technical abilities, particularly in SQL, for process development and data analysis.
Proficiency in data visualisation and knowledge of self-serve technologies such as Alteryx and Tableau Python are also beneficial.
a track record of success in end-to-end analytics, including problem creation, gathering necessary data, analysing findings, creating and presenting a strong case, and persuading partners to take action
possessing both agile and large data (Hadoop, Teradata, etc.) handling expertise
Capacity to convert business needs into software solutions
Ability to function both independently and collaboratively as a member of an international tax team Advanced analytics experience and solid SQL and Python programming language expertise are advantages.
