JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Become our newest Associate for Catalog Operations at Headout, a role that thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere. Your main responsibilities will be managing the introduction of new experiences on Headout from start to finish, speeding up the launch, and making sure the caliber of these experiences meets Headout’s exacting requirements. Your capacity to study on your own and your proactive approach to finding and absorbing new ideas will be extremely important given the dynamic nature of our industry. This position is remote.

Process-Driven: Proficiency with a variety of internal tools and an acute attention to detail are crucial.
Ownership: As you supervise the rollout of new experiences on Headout, speed up launch procedures, and maintain the renowned quality standards for which Headout is renowned, take charge of operational details.
Autonomy: Your ability to learn on your own and be proactive in identifying and assessing new ideas will be essential in our constantly changing business model.
Continuous Improvement: Make sure that the data on the Headout catalog continuously satisfies high criteria by improving the Catalog quality measure.

- Work expertise: 0–2 years of operations-related expertise, ideally with familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
Attention to Quality: Demonstrate the capacity to prioritize and multitask efficiently, as well as the ability to drive continuous improvement by determining the underlying causes.
Communication: Proficiency in written communication is essential. It will be beneficial to be proficient with programs like Google Sheets.
