Time frame: six months
Monthly Stipend: ₹25,000 + Bonus Full-Time Offer: 12 LPA
Experience with NextJS, NestJS, and Agentic AI is required.

1. First Screening
A brief phone conversation to learn more about you, your goals and background, and what we’re building. We will also respond to any inquiries you may have regarding the squad.
2. Technical Interview
A high-level design interview and a hands-on coding session with a lead, working on an actual issue from our codebase are included. We want to observe how you really operate, therefore we urge you to use AI tools and everything else you typically would.
3. Trial of Paid Work
Spend a few days working on the finished project with us. You will be compensated for your time. It’s an opportunity for both of us to see whether working together is a good fit and for you to see if you’d enjoy it.
