HIRING PROCESS
The steps for the Infosys InStep Internship Program hiring procedure are as follows:
Submission of an Application
During campus drives or via the Infosys InStep Portal, turn in your résumé, cover letter, and other supporting documentation.
Application Screening Infosys examines resumes, recommendation letters, statements of purpose, and applications that are submitted.
Telephone Interviews
First Round: An initial phone interview that emphasises your technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and knowledge.
Second Round: A telephone follow-up interview to learn more about project experiences and technical skills.
The Managerial Round
a manager interview to evaluate your communication abilities, leadership potential, cultural fit, and general alignment with Infosys principles.
Offer and Onboarding
After receiving an internship offer, successful candidates must go through onboarding processes that include lodging information, travel plans, and visa assistance, if necessary.
Education Required:
Undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students from a variety of fields are welcome to apply.
Academic Performance: Although the GPA criteria may differ, generally speaking, a strong academic record is necessary.
Relevant Courses: Computer science, information technology, engineering, business, management, and related disciplines are preferred backgrounds.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
