The Selection Procedure
The following steps will be involved in the IB MTS Recruitment 2025 selection process:
1. Tier-I: Online Objective Test
One Hundred Questions
Parts:
Overall Awareness
Quantitative Proficiency
Analytical and Logical Reasoning
The English language
Negative Marking: ¼ for each wrong answer
2️⃣ Tier-II: Descriptive Test
English Language Test
Includes paragraph writing, vocabulary, and grammar
Total Marks: 50
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 20
Tier-II is qualifying in nature
3️⃣ Document Verification & Medical Exam
Final merit list will be prepared based on Tier-I marks only.
