JOB DESCRIPTION:
Bring your people skills, and we’ll teach you the rest. A customer service representative combines the expertise of tech support, problem-solving, and customer service. You will immediately begin learning and making a contribution in this exciting and fast-paced profession. You get set up with one client on production and learn the ropes throughout the first month. Soon, you’ll be handling our clients with concierge-level service while multitasking and offering interactive solutions (chat, email, MS Teams).
In order to manage escalations, you will also collaborate with back-office staff. This is your opportunity to collaborate with more experienced colleagues who will impart their expertise. You will develop your experience, skills, and understanding of what other job roles do as you work with a wide range of people on a variety of situations.

Required Skills and Experience:0-1 year experience in customer service or technical support role.
Flexible to work in Voice and Chat Process.
Willing to work in Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts.
Willingness to Work from Office as per Hybrid Work Model.
Windows 10 troubleshooting, excellent communication skills and also customer service skills.
