Trainee Graduate Engineer (GET)
You will go through rigorous training as a GET to become a specialist in the engineering field of your choice. Among the duties are supporting innovative efforts, working with cross-functional teams, and helping with project design, development, and execution.PGETs, or postgraduate engineer trainees, will assume more senior positions, managing projects and spearheading strategic plans. The position requires project management expertise, a thorough understanding of technical principles, and the capacity to coach younger team members.
Graduate Agriculture Trainees (GAgTs) will concentrate on using their agricultural expertise to improve farm equipment solutions, interact with stakeholders to comprehend their demands, and support sustainable farming methods.
Education Required:
1. Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
Specializations: Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, IT/Computer Science, Mechatronics, Paint Technology, Automobile, Electronics & Communication, Metallurgical.
2. Post Graduate Engineer Trainee (PGET)
Specializations: Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, IT/Computer Science, Mechatronics, Paint Technology, Automobile, Design & Production.
3. Graduate Agriculture Trainee (GAgT)
Specializations: Agriculture and related fields.
